Demolition of a high profile office block, with underground parking, in the heart of Leeds city centre to make way for the construction of the highest high rise block in Leeds. This was bound by three highways and a student accommodation block.

This required a fully designed protection scaffold to three elevations, with methodical sequential demolition by high reach, periodic reduction of the scaffolding as works progressed. Finally removing the foundations to a depth of 2m.

This project was without incidents and during the works we gained the respect of the local businesses, residents and general public.
